Fee Policy
1. Fees, disclosure and no seller commissions
- Client selection fee: fixed and stated before you sign.
- No seller commissions: we take none from sellers or landlords.
- VAT: single tax payer; not charged unless stated.
2. Payment and refunds
Pay by bank transfer or card; a receipt is issued. Cancel before start for a full refund within 14 days; after start we refund the undelivered part. Complaints: 30 days under Law No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023.
3. Compliance
