1. General provisions

By using quorvadx.com you accept these Terms, which follow the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023 and the Law of Ukraine "On ensuring the functioning of Ukrainian as the state language" No. 2704-VIII of 25.04.2019.

2. Scope of the service

We provide property selection and consulting: requirements analysis, shortlisting, viewing coordination and negotiation support. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage and are not an agent of sellers or landlords. Real estate selection requires no general licence in Ukraine; we comply with consumer, e-commerce and advertising rules.

3. Fees and payment

Fees and all pre-contract information, the complaint procedure and dispute notices required by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023 are given before the distance contract is concluded.

4. User obligations

You must give accurate data, use the site lawfully and not copy or resell its content. Verify title, documents and price independently.

5. Limitation of liability

We act with reasonable professional care but do not guarantee a specific result or price. To the extent permitted by Ukrainian law we are not liable for indirect loss.

6. Data, cookies and advertising

Personal data are processed on a lawful basis with a privacy notice and consent where applicable, under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010. Cookies need prior consent under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX of 16.12.2020, Article 6. Advertising is identifiable and not misleading: Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996.

7. Governing law and contacts

Disputes are governed by the law of Ukraine.
